I'm committed to supporting education at all levels.  One of the greatest moments in my life was watching my son graduate from ASU with two Bachelor's Degrees in Business and walking straight into a managerial position with Frito Lay.  Education and vocational needs are ever changing and we need to prepare not only our younger population, but to provide necessary training to those who are underemployed to help them gain the appropriate skills to enhance their abilities for career advancement, and better compensation opportunities.

I am dedicated to working with Central Arizona College, who is providing some of our trade certification programs, and to continue to engage and encourage our students on the benefits of continuing their education.  In addition, I will be a strong advocate for the Arizona at Work program where we currently have representation at the county to work closely with the new companies like Lucid Motors and Nikola in providing a qualified pool of prospective employees.
